Born in Battipaglia,Italy Dario developed a passion
for Pizza at the early age of 15. He studied at the
renowned Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Ipsar
Roberto Virtuoso in Capaccio,Italy. There he was
trained by some of the best Chefs in Southern Italy.
Dario began his Pizzaiolo career and practiced his
pizza making skills throughout the Amalfi Coast. He
worked in the City of Salerno, towns of Pisciotta and
Cilento. Recruited by award winning Chef Angelo Elia,
Dario moved to South Florida in 2011 to help operate
Angelo Elia Pizza Bar & Tapas in Fort Lauderdale,
Weston and Coral Springs. From there he moved on
to explore other options and learn American Pizza styles.
In 2016 Dario met his wife Natalia and together
they are excited to share their passion of
good food and culture with you.
